An uncontended Broadband ADSL Internet access product, with a range of fixed public IP addresses, designed as a low-cost alternative to support WAN applications that would otherwise need a leased line to access the Internet. Available in 500, 1000 and 2000kbps versions, inclusive of managed on-site router.

Inclusive co-located managed firewall delivers network intrusion protection, anti-spamming and anti virus (updated daily).

This superior quality Internet connection is delivered in “one-hop” directly from our InPurple core on the backbone of the Internet (in Tele-house Europe, Docklands, London) and presented on a 1:1 contended ADSL connection to the subscriber.

Delivery via broadband does not utilise tunneling through the standard IP VPN transport system, but instead uses the totally secure and performance guaranteed network which is normally used for leased line delivery by the major tier 1 carriers.

This connection is then terminated on a managed Cisco xDSL router, which interfaces into the LAN. The firewall is co-located in Telehouse and supplied, licensed and managed by Switch IP.
